Refunds for unattended sessions can be requested within fifteen (15) days from the date of the first missed class. All approved refunds will be processed within five to seven (5–7) business working days. Please note that no refunds are applicable for course renewals. Once the payment has been made, cancellations are not permitted under any circumstances. Additionally, fees are non-transferable and cannot be adjusted or transferred to another student or child.
